April 14, 2012. That date is clearly etched in my mind. It is the day I will take to the competitive stage as a professional, all natural bodybuilder. It will be my pro debut and my first competition since winning that contest one year ago.
Currently I am just under 25 weeks out from the competition. I have been mentallly and physically planning and preparing for this moment since earning my pro card. I have been following a plan and I will continue on that plan right up until contest day.
This blog will be your opportunity to travel this path with me. I will share my thoughts on my training, nutrition, competition prep and other random thoughts along the way.
