Natural Northeast Bodybuilding and Figure Championships

April 24, 2010

My first contest in 16 years.  I had no idea what to expect.  I was very pleased with how it  all went.  The show was well organized and very smooth.  I definitely felt comfortable with this organization and had a great day at this show.

October 23, 2010 – Buffalo, NY

I may have come in a little tighter, but I didn’t feel I was at my best.  Not sure if it was actual or if this contest just had a different feel from the incredible high of the first one in April.  I again placed  2nd  in the Middleweight Division.

The road became very clear after this contest with some great feedback from the judges.  The focus would be on better conditioning  and the prep for my next show began as I was enjoying tacos and burritos  right after this  contest ended.

April 2012 My First Pro Show.  This was a great experience.  I placed 3rd in this show.  After this show I took a long time to plot my new goals and course of action.

2013 ….The year of Making Opportunities Happen

April 6, 2013 – Natural Northeast – My second pro show.  I placed 3rd again.  I hit my personal goals and also came in heavier than last year.

April 13, 2013 – DFAC New Jersey Naturally Built Classic.  For the first time I trained to do back-to-back competitions.  The plan had been set for many months and while I didn’t know how it would turn out, I knew I had a solid plan and followed it.  I placed fourth in this show, but stood onstage with great competitors and made the most of the opportunity to meet and interact with so many great people both on and off stage.

  1. yeah can you help refer them to me, im looking for someone in the New York City or Long island area. Btw keep up the great work highly motivating to me man.

    • Let me see what I can do. I am from that area, but haven’t trained with anyone from there in a long time. I was just down there this past week too visiting family. Let me ask around and get back to you. I may be able to help you out. Thank you for the kind words. I appreciate it.

    • Hi Chris,
I haven’t forgotten about you. The last time we spoke I contacted a physical therapist that I know who works in the NY, Nassau County area. I described what you were looking for and why, and he said he would inquire around. He still hasn’t gotten back to me. I will check in with him again.
I just wanted you to know I have been working on this, I just don’t have any new information for you yet.

      Sorry for the inconvenience.
      Frank
